Warranty Policy

Warranty claims are valid only for manufacturing defects. Warranty does not apply in cases of physical damage, tampering, misuse, liquid damage, high-voltage damage, violation of manufacturer guidelines, or abnormal usage.

For power banks, warranty is not applicable for damages caused by overcharging or use of incompatible adapters and cables.

Please allow 2–7 business days for product inspection and replacement. Processing time for power banks may take longer.
