Delivery Policy
The courier company will contact you on the morning of the scheduled delivery date to obtain verbal confirmation. Upon confirmation, the delivery will be completed on the same day. If the call is not answered, the delivery will be rescheduled to the following day.
If you are unable to receive the delivery, please inform either the courier company or us in advance.
For urgent deliveries within Colombo, please contact us via WhatsApp to arrange delivery through PickMe Flash or Uber Connect. Please note that we shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred during deliveries made through third-party services.
Exchange & Return Policy:
Products may be exchanged or returned within 7 days from the invoice date, provided they are brand new, unused, and in original condition with the original box and all accessories intact. Items with broken seals, missing or damaged packaging, missing components, or any damage are not eligible for exchange or return.
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 1 business day after the product is received and its condition is verified.
For exchanges, additional delivery charges apply.
Not Eligible for Exchange / Return:
- Power banks
- Products containing water, oil, vacuum components, or air filter elements once opened or used
